Establishing the Religious Nature of Our Beliefs PDF Print E-mail
As we establish our beliefs and practices with cannabis sacrament, it's important to consider some factors that help to define us.

1. Ultimate ideas: A religion addresses fundamental and ultimate questions having to do with deep and imponderable matters, like birth, life, our purpose here, death, etc.

2. Metaphysical beliefs: Cannabis sacrament helps us to address a reality which becomes within our grasp as we partake. At that time we can transcend the physical and immediately apparent world in favor of a divine connection to all there is.

'Getting high' is a spiritual term! To access the parts of our minds and spirit that we desire, we need to use cannabis as a spiritual nutriment. Only then can we truly feel and heal according to our experience, practice and belief.

3. Moral and ethical system: Ours is based on aloha, passionate aliveness, full enjoyment of the senses, good manners, positivity, 100% responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, words and actions, respect for life, sincerity of heart and the Golden Rule, among other things.

We learn to bless all things, especially the really hard or 'negative' occurances in life, and to turn them into a 'positive' with our will.

4. Important texts: The Holy Bible can now be seen through the lens of cannabis sacrament in the holy anointing oil, the incense burnt on the altar, the cloud of the Lord, the tree of life and much more.

5. Gathering places: Natural, beautiful spots on this Earth, to home sanctuaries and even to the heaven within.

6. Keepers of knowledge: Practitioners, ministers, teachers needed to interpret life with love and to live it by example. Whatever I focus on ... grows.

7. Ceremonies and rituals: Christian holidays are important to us. Also baptism with fire, communion with cannabis, unction, marriage, ordainment and more.

8. Health and nutrition: A light-hearted attitude and "back to the Earth" style of nourishing our bodies is important to us.
