Cool Quotes That Inspire Me

"The whole world is run on bluff. No race, no nation, no man has any divine right to take advantage of others. Why allow the other fellow to bluff you?" Marcus Garvey
I submit that an individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for law. Martin Luther King "
The grass is always greener over the septic tank." Erma Bombeck

How is it possible to have no more death in the world?
Change the way you look at death.
Remember, we're not trying to change the things we see, only to change the way we look at things. And most of us believe in life after death. Good! That's called a moral center.
In other words, when you believe that you will be required at some point to answer truthfully for your actions, it tends to make you keep in close contact with your conscience. Conscience is that little voice telling you the difference between right and wrong. And as long as the voice is your own, you're on the right track. It's when we let other voices crowd out our own that we find ourselves in trouble. But I digress, let's get back to the no more death concept.
This One's For The Girls
Written by Brenda Shoop
I originally wrote this piece for a friend of mine a few years ago. She was going through a rough patch, and just needed a little reminder of how this "rollercoaster of life" must travel to low spots to get to the high ones.
And another reminder that it's okay to be afraid and uneasy in the low spots. Just don't lose your overall focus.
Since the rollercoaster ride is a bit bumpy for all of us right now, I thought it would be a good idea to trot out this article. It's as timely today as it was then.

We have been told time and time again that we have been given the power of free will.
What does that mean, exactly?
Did you hear the words in that sentence? Did you pick up on the “power” part?
Free will is a power. Whatever you decide of your own free will is what will be.
You are the superhero of your life and free will is your power.
Trust is Not a Four Letter Word
Written by Brenda Shoop
Many people have trust issues. This is not a new thing.
Even Jesus was ridiculed in his hometown. I think i might understand how Jesus must have felt about this.
There are the same type of trust issues with my family.
What did Jesus do about the ridicule he endured? He packed up and hit the road.
God's Grace
Written by Diane Batts
There is no boundary for God's Grace.
The force-flex power envelops all,
And creates our being, our air, our space.
There is no qualifier for God's Grace.
